About Denise Ilogu
Denise is a chemist with a passion for entrepreneurship and transforming new ideas into something practical with an impact.
After finishing her Master’s in Chemistry at TUM, where she has specialized in technical and food chemistry, she joined the startup circular grain as co-founder. Circular grain’s mission is to rethink food waste by upcycling brewer’s spent grain – a byproduct of beer production – into a tasty and climate-friendly milk alternative. The goal is simple: to create sustainable, high-quality products that help reduce waste and make a positive impact on the planet.
