Dr. Andy Zynga is VP Strategic Partnerships at HiTi, a Dubai based $1B investment fund scaling disruptive food technologies globally. Previously, he was CEO of EIT Food, the world’s largest food innovation network, investing €80M annually to transform the food system. As CEO of NineSigma, he led an open innovation firm where ~40% of clients were in Food & Beverage. Andy has held five CEO roles in the US and Europe, and has taught MBA courses on innovation and Marketing at universities worldwide. His latest venture is an Immersive Dining business.
